The Early Special Election Starts on August 27 in Arizona

The end of August marks the special election voting in Arizona. The citizens will have the chance to express their opinion on issues of light rail and pension. The voters should have their documents such as drivers license, ID, or voter identification to enhance the speed of service.

Citizens on the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL) will receive their polls automatically through the mail unless they stated otherwise. The residents who aren’t on the list can request an early vote from the authorities no later than August 16.

The people who prefer to give their ballot in person do not have to visit voter’s precinct. They can cast a vote in the voting centers. The special voting will be held for three days, starting from August 27. The centers will be open for voters from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The polls will address the proposals of light rail and pension. In case the balloter decides against the railway expansion, they can act on their decision by saying yes, and vice versa, according to the authorities.
